Heather is a well-rounded woman of action who fits the niche of heavy equipment and construction well.
In working with Heather in the past I have personally found that Heather is the kind of person who will find a way to get things done, in the utmost professional and cost-effective manner possible. I am a by-the-book person and so is she, she helped our firm through some times that were not ideal, and she did so with grace and resourcefulness that at the time we were missing.
If you are looking for some help with your operations and you are trying to find that one person who can figure out what nobody else can, or has the time to do, Heather is the fit for you.

In just a short period of time we have benefited greatly from our partnership with CALS. We have specifically appreciated Heather’s: Preparation of custom training material tailored to our needs
Authoritative advice and direction with supporting regulation/governing documentation
Thorough and detailed responses to our industry specific questions/requests
I would without reservation encourage companies with similar needs to consider partnering with Heather and Compliance and Lien Solutions.

CALS/Heather Riccabona was recommended by a colleague when my office manager had quit unexpectedly and left me quite a difficult position.
Heather was a straight shooter from the very first meeting, and she quickly came up with a game plan on how to move out of the danger.
Heather worked with us for about four months and helped immensely to right the ship! I must say I have learned a tremendous amount about the business world from Heather Riccabona, and I am still thankful for her presence in my company to this day.

I hired Heather in 2020 when I was Regional Director for a national utility contractor.
It was evident almost immediately that she had the capacity and determination to learn everything she could about how we operated as a company. She began to bring value within the very first week of her arrival.
Heather is an incredibly quick study and made great strides in understanding our incredibly complex accounting system and found many areas of improvement early on. Her ability to see gaps, inconsistencies, duplication of efforts or bad practices was astounding. It helped cement her as a foundational part of my leadership team.
It also became clear that Heather had significant operational skills from previous employers, and I was able to expand her efforts and focus to go beyond just finance to identifying, evaluating, and implementing numerous operational practices and procedures that had immediate and significant benefits to our revenue and profits for our organization.
Heather brings a very self-motivating and exceptional work ethic, strong organizational skills, exemplary communication skills and a steadfast focus on achieving goals and milestones.
I could not give a higher recommendation to Heather and to share that any organization that hires her will be quickly rewarded by her contributions and commitment.
She was a tremendous asset and my right hand in navigating the challenging world of working with utilities.
